Attention all believer of War God Renya, I have some troubles here with work.
All this worker ant live made my body breaks and my boss complains a lot about it. Ultimately, he take off the place wifi because he thinks that I broke my own body from playing too much with laptop.
I post this on my friend's house... I can't go there everyday because of work of course. So I decides to go hiatus for the time being until my body got stronger and my boss lift my wifi ban.
So now my focus is to work, rest, and do workout in the mean time to get my body stronger fast. If I don't, I will got fired and sent back to my country. which is not the thing I wanted because I have a dream I want to fulfill... well to make it simple, I need the money.
I already got my 1st pay anyway

ReplyDeleteIs this an episode of expectations vs reality? I want to go to Japan but i'm sure that's not what I want to expect. Also, how frequent are you getting paid. Been so long since you've been there but it's only around 10 yukichi
ReplyDeleteEven it's not japan any of middle to lower class worker have a stressful life in a big city of technologically advanced country. My advice is don't go find a life in such place unless you have certified expertise.
DeleteIf it's a quiet life in a rural area i hear that they are willing to acommodate you though.
my 1st month is for training in the foreigner training center. to learn about custom, language and others. so I start got my salary at the 2nd month (1st month is only a pocket money 60K Y)

Just think of all the people who have to go through basic training/boot camp... If people can make it through that hell with people yelling at them all day long then I'm sure you will be able to make it through that tinny hell of what I'm guessing is packaging Negi?...
ReplyDeleteAlso if your looking for a good basic workout routine try doing alternating upper-body and core Monday, Wednesday, and Friday then do running on Tuesday and Thursday leaving Saturday and Sunday as rest days...

push up, planking, and got 1 5kg dumbbell left by my senpais.
and I do at least twice a day if my work is not that heavy that day. if the work is already heavy enough I go to sleep instead.
any suggestion on other workout?

If you want to go a little nuts do a hundred countdown workout... start with 100 squats, 90 crunches, 80 flutter kicks, 70 jumping jacks, 60 push-ups, then do 50-20 the same exercises again and finally do 10 normal push-ups, 10 wide arm push-ups, 10 diamond push-ups, and just to finish strong do 10 burpies that supposedly if you do 100 a day you will live forever... You will definitely feel like you are going to die after it is all over... And in case you don't know what a burpie is you start standing then go into the front leaning rest (push-up) position and then do 2 push-ups and then stand up and jump as high as you can... Again only do this if you want to know what pure muscle pain is like... but if your looking for a good work out routine my suggestion is just go to this website

and click the links for push-ups, sit-ups, and running and it should give you a rough idea on what you can do to help yourself improve more and all you really need a day is 1 hour in the morning or night Monday - Friday focusing on the push-up/sit-up portion Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, then do running for 20-30 minutes trying to do the 2 mile time from the website for your age bracket... It is important though to take breaks from the workout routine on Saturday and Sunday or else you would burn yourself out... See you don't even need to go to gym to do this stuff just see if maybe a friend would join you while you work out because then it is easier to stay committed to it... Also look up the Military Prep Drill before you do these exercises or else you could pull something...

So stretch before and after to lower the risks of injury and keep hydrated or you will regret it...

DeleteWelcome I know from experience that this stuff works though I regret doing the hundred countdown... Again would not recommend doing that workout unless you have someone to do it with so you wouldn't have to suffer alone again from experience also you would not be able to feel your legs after it is all over...
